Balance or Harmony? ⚖️

I've talked to a lot of people who said that balance really stresses them out because a) they couldn't attain it and b) not all things are equal so it was confusing. I'm sharing some questions a group of us were asked this weekend to help envision a harmonious future in your business and your life.

A great big shoutout to Vishen Lakhiani for asking these questions! I want to make this easy by illustrating the transformative and flexible quality of these questions. So here's a simple breakdown of this visioning process.

SIMPLICITY - imagine the simplest, most efficient model of your thriving business. "My business is only _________________________" (example: only me and my laptop, only 24 hours a week, etc)

OPPORTUNITY - what do you do to take advantage of opportunities? Brainstorm! "I invite opportunity into my life by ____________________________" (example: leaving Friday and Monday free to say YES to opportunities)

UNIQUENESS - what 2 or 3 things do you combine that make your service special? Think deeply about this, things like tech and healing, or boating and conflict resolution. "I'm known for my unique edge in ___________________________" (example: inexpensive and disaster-proof housing, stress-free weight loss, remote healing)

LOVE - what will you always do out of the sheer joy of it? (Keep time for this!) "I love to ________________________" (example: hike, create, take road trips, play tennis, sing karaoke, etc)

PURPOSE - what is your overarching contribution to the world? "My contribution to the world is _______________________". (example: healthy and happy children, beauty, safer transportation, etc)\

ABUNDANCE - what does abundance look like to you? "____________________________________________________" (example: I always have fresh flowers, I'm debt-free and I save, I always fly first class)

CALMNESS - how do you care for your emotional health? "I will provide calm for myself by ____________________________" (example: time in my schedule, midday meditation, Saturday baths, daily walk in woods)

TIME - how do you navigate, expand, and care for your sense of time? "I will ___________________________________________________ " (example: set an hour buffer after meetings, prioritize just one thing daily, work just 2 days)

Together, these pell SOULPACT. Approach these questions two different ways. First, try answering quickly! Then spend a little time with each of these. You can always change an answer if you find more clarity later.

Revisit your answers often or print and post them where you can see them. If you are working on manifesting, these will help your manifestations to be more true and authentic, less forced and reactionary.
